i would suggest u to go and check both institute, see which one is good in teaching and choose the right one.

I could tell you that Arena Chandigarh is one of the best in the country and go read online about it. I could tell you to search the youtube for 'best animation faculty' or 'best animation institute'. However these are only some of the methods of shortlisting. There is no such authentic one list of
