out of BSC from KSOU and BSC from CJM univ. (thru study center @ Hisar,haryana)- which one i should go for n why? for this yr enrollment.

I had lost couple of yrs on education and now back to track.I m avg student.looking for a job in IT after this graduation. I can relocate to Bhiwani/rohtak or hisar in haryana..not beyond that. I have little computer background and 12th i hv done in arts. suggest what should i do.
