Out of CSE or IT which field will give me more chance to get into a govt. job?

Hi Abhijeet,
Both the Engineering Specializations offer good job opportunities in both government and private sector but if you plan to get into teaching or research field then yes definitely Computer Science would be a better option as computer Science is the study of making of various application

If you are doing BE/ B.Tech in CSE or IT, you will have same chance, as for Govt. Jobs there is no clear differentiation of these two branches of Engineering.
