Management of IP is really much -2 better than UP Tech and all other technical universities of North India. Rules And regulation of IP is Also better than UP Tech. as UP Tech is a 'C' grade University Where as IP is 'A' Grade university Established by Government of NCT of Delhi.

Obviously NIEC, bcoz its affiliated with IP University, on the other hand, Galgotiya is affiliated with UPTU.
IPU is much better than UPTU.
