Overall Cat score -83 percentile Will me not doing good In one of the 3 sections affect PGDM admission ?

No it will not affect as ur overall percentile is judged

Not really, they usually consider the overall score. However, the overall score needs to be a little higher. However, you can still apply, you might get a call from them, if not for the core PGDM, then maybe for the other PGDM courses (like E Biz, BD, Retail, Rural or Healthcare).

The overall performance is taken into consideration.the cutoff is not specifically mentioned by the college.
It would be around 80-85% ,so you definitely have chances

I am sorry, I didn't get your question. As far as your cat score goes , you have a good chance of getting to the next round of PGDM admissions.
