P have completed B.Com & have Certification for thew following MCP, MCSA, MCSE & CCNA. Tranief for Certified Ethical Hacker. Please kindly suggest from this what should I go for MCA or MScIT

Both are good. You will be Learning all kinds of Programming Languages.
Since you have done so much Certification and you are interested in Programming field then opt for MCA.

both is good field when you complete MSC after that you can take admission in 3rd year of MCA
