Organic compound → AgBr (s)

  0.5 g                    0.40 g

Here; Moles of Br in organic compound = Moles of Br in Ag Br

= Moles of AgBr

0 . 4 0 1 8 8 m o l

Mass of Br in organic compound =  0 . 4 1 8 8 * 8 0 g

% o f B r = 0 . 4 * 8 0 1 8 8 * 0 . 5 * 1 0 0 % = 3 4 %
