As per you question is concern no university is approved by aicte In fact AICTE has no power for granting approval to university. This power is vested only in UGC. As per information is given by the UGC in their websiteIs given as follows for your ready refrence

Hi,
Well Pacific University is a Statutory University Created by an Act of Rajasthan State Assembly and is approved by UGC.
So you can go ahead with the same. They offer various streams, so there is a great scope.
