To get admission in B.Arch, you need to score minimum 50% marks in 12th with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Computer Science / Chemistry / Biology / Engineering Drawing and two other subjects. You need to sit for an entrance exam.

It is not possible to have a part time B Arch in remote cities or even in Metros. It would be better to clear the papers of Indian Institute of Architects to qualify as AMIIA (India) and you can continue your job along with.
Moreover, the AMIIA = B Arch as per the Govt. & MHRD.Regards/
