Hi Girish if u r a Diploma (technical) Holder and working for some company and if u feel that after taking BE degree u will get promotion then plz go ahead with part time BE

first of all, btech/be is a tech course, so u cnt simply do it at home. second, i dont think thr is goin to b an inst dat cud gv u such a degree. m imp of all, most of such people givn such degrees wud b rogues n fakes.
