Part time diploma is offered by Polytechnic Colleges in our country. Not all polytechnic colleges do seem to offer part time courses.

Hi Dharmesh, I will recommend you to pursue Diploma in civil engineering from INDIRA GANDHI NATIONAL OPEN UNIVERSITY ( IGNOU ). The minimum duration is 3 years and maximum duration is 5 years.
