Hey U can opt for welingkar institute of management. They provide a 3yrs part time masters degree. They offer specialization in HR, marketing information system and finance

If you are looking for Masters in Finance, you would not find many Universities giving part time programme in this. However, you may find Part time MBA or PGDBM programmes with the specialization in Finance. For such a programmes you can check institutes like IMT, MDI, Fore School of Manag

Yes there are a lot of universities offering part time program in finance the most appropriate name for this is Indian Institute of Finance Delhi from where you can do PG in finance for the more details please visit the site of the institute and delhi University also have part time MBA in finance
