Part time Mtech? how is part time Mtech? does it has same benefits as a full time Mtech? Which is More value and Consideration for Lecturer

I want to become a lecturer in an engineering college in EC department. i want to know if i do part time mtech then in future shall i get the same jobs as full time mtech gets or there is no difference

Of course Part time courses are normally pursued by those who are already employed for their career advancement. If you are not working and experienced or you are waiting for job opportunities, its advisable to do full time.
