Part-time or distance MBA, which one is more beneficial to get a good job?

I personally believe part time will be more beneficial because you get to attend lectures and learn from various academic curriculum that goes on. While in case of distance mba only virtual videos and book reading to give exam will be there.

MBA is where class dynamics & interactive environment matter a lot which will be missing in distance course. If possible you must go for part time because there will be real time live discussion with faculty & classmates who will enrich the whole.experience with their diverse backgrounds.
