Part-Time Ph.d in Management(Organizational Behaviour) without resigning.

Iam a M.Sc Maths degree holder. Currently a Program Mgr with 14.5 yrs of experience, published papers in Organizational Change. I want to do Part-time Ph.D in Management without resigning from my current job. Kindly advice.
