First of all your percentage is not as good as required by the foreign Universities. And to do BS from Good universities of US or UK a Very good Score or very high Score is Require in SAT Exam. US is one of the Costliest Country for Education and Engineering from US or UK Cost more than 35 lakhs . So better do Engineering from India And go for MS from Abroad.
