    To pursue a career in management you need to get a BBA or any bachelor degree before MBA.To make a career in Management field BBA is one of the best option.There are many colleges that offers BBA, the best ones that I know are DU,UTM Shillong, UPES Dehradoon. Apart from this I would suggest you to go for fresh sectors like BBA in oil and gas, aviation, auto marketing, logistics management. These are quite new fields and far better than the old specialisations lik HR, Markiting or finance. These are fresh areas hence job opportunities are also more in these.You can further enhance your career by pursuing MBA in the same field. Hope this
