Passed in 2012 HSC and gonna opt for bsc it in 2013 will i get 1st preference with student who gonna pass 12th in 2013?

I have passed my 12th HSC boards in 2012 with 67% and pursuing engineering and now it is going tough for me so gonna opt for bsc it.I wanna ask if i opt for bsc it in 2013 will i get admission as in will i get first preference with the students who pass 2013 or will get 2nd preference?
