passed with 59% XII pcb. but want non medical career. help me

i have passed out 12th 59% with pcb and 16 marks in math additional sub from madhya pradesh board, i wanna choose innovative path but not know what to choose. i dont want medical career.... i want technology with web and designs.. help me
