I think you should go for MBA. Coz u have gained a lot of knowledge regarding admin deptt. and management is also directly corelated with admin work, You should have to go in MBA ( HR / Finance ). Now a days these are the two fields which r high in demand in corporate sector. Wd rgds , Yasraj.
