PCMC student: B.tech or Bsc. IT+ MCA? expected salary for both? dont have any hopes for MAINS( 170 max). but can score above 94% in boards

89% in std 11 ,95.6% in 10, giving MAINS and the boards. topped school for comp in all exams. as it is difficult to get admission in good college with poor entrance marks. should i instead opt for BSC IT and then do MCA from top college? please recommend eligibility,college, expected salary etc.
