PERIYAR university is offering ba in one sitting, is it valid for further education or gov jobs, is there any other university offering same

i want to do graduation BA cource as soon as possible. i heard about one year ba graduation cource offered by periyar university, is it valid for upsc and other gov exams, and for further education. if it is valid then are there any other universities offering same. plz help...
