Pesently I am doing BCA from c.v.raman Open University(cvru). I want to know can i do MCA from any regular university

Today if we check out that there are very different norms every university have their own rule , but you can apply for regular degree if you previous degree is done under any UGC recognized university , it depends on university in which you are applying they accept it or not
