PG courses offered for Failed (one subject) Second PUC students

I have failed a subject (Math) in my Second PU exam. But I want to continue with my studies without wasting a year. Are there any colleges providing PG courses for failed students? It must be in Karnataka but maybe out of Bangalore. I am trying for BBM or B.A(Mass Media)
