PGCM from MIT University Pune is 12 months course is equivalent to pgdm 18 course.Is there is any impact on the placement and salary package

I am looking for the short term course as I am BCA graduate from IGNOU University and had a more than 5 year work experience in mnc's. I had applied for the PR express entry to Canada. So I want course which is complete within 1 year by the end of 2022. help me out.
