hi I AM A STUDENT & I WANT TO DO MBA 4m DISTANCE EDUCATION BT I AM CONFUSD FRM WHICH UNIVERSITY TO DO? PLZ TELL ME WHICH IS BETTER SYMBIOSIS PUNE UNIVRSTY DAT GIVES PGDBA OR SIKKIM MANIPAL UNIVRSTY DAT GIVES MBA DEGRE? ALSO TELL WHETHETR PGDBA IS EQUAL TO MBA DEGREE OR NOT? RPLY asap thank you

first its equivalent but doing PGDBA from Symbosis Pune is much better. -
Richa, PGDBA is ofcourse equivalent to MBA. Now regarding choice between Symbiosis & SMU, I think you first decide on the specialization subject. And see where it is available. If it is there in both institutions then find out which one has a learning centre at your place or near to your city. Decide on that basis. Yes, there is one basic difference (for distance education) between the two and that is SMU hs fixed date online exams where-as in case of Symbiosis you can choose your exam date (and the centre) out of the time slot alloted for the online exam.
