Pgdm in pharma management after tybsc biotech?

I've done my bsc biotech and plan to do pgdm pharma mngmnt from mum univ of 1yr,as due to some reasons i cant do the 2yr course.will this be helpful in getting job?kindly suggest some job oriented courses in this field
