PhD in Biotechnology from foreign university ?
i'm currently pursuing M.Tech Industrial Biotechnology(5yrs Integrated) . i want to do a PhD(research based) in bioprocess relating subject from foreign university particularly universities in Canada, U.S, n European nations. please help me to proceed.
