PhD in Information Technology. Can any one give me an Indian University where i can do my PhD in distance mode. Am currently in Ghana.

I want to pursue my PhD, whiles am in my working place as a lecturer. I want to stay in Ghana and do it. If any body can be of help to me i will appreciate.
