What is the future plan / interest of your sister? Whether she is interested in management proper or something else.Does she want to become a manager in a commercial enterprise, or pursue research and then go on into education sector? By this time she must be clear in her mind regarding the choice between management proper or an area of research in which she wants to go.And, definitely, going in for research and pursuing a Ph.D. would mean, in general,a teaching career. In which stream she would like to pursue research? If it is marketing,finance,IT or HR?
