Phd Marketing VS Phd HR
I am planning to do PHD. Need some help to decide whether I shud be doing it in HR or Marketing.
I am from a PR background. But wud like to pursue a career in teaching now. The reason I am confused is cause I have hardly seen any female marktg lecturer. Doing PHd in HR wud be a safer option ?
