mgmt and commerce are entirely 2 diff fields. If ur sister has done MCom and MBA it is suggestive tht she knows where she wants her career to head to. It will entirely be her decision as to get a Phd in mgmt or comm. It is more relevant (if she is working) to get a degree in her profession tht way ur degrees are fully utilised.
