However the basic requirement is a Masters degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline. Some of the institutes conduct entrance exams and some of them require atleast two Research Publications for the Ph.D programs. Some also require work experience of a couple of years. She should exhibit deep understanding and maturity in that area. This is evaluated through an extensive interview by a panel of experts. A description of one or two proposed areas of specialization is to be attached along with the application form.
