Phd STUDENTSHIP..... i am Dhaval, completed Msc pharmacology from uk and looking for Phd studentship anywhere in world. need help

I am a Pharmacy graduate from the India and have completed Masters in Pharmacology from UK. now i am willing to get an admission in Phd studentship in field of cardiovascular or molecular medicine, or related to pharmacology. I tried in England but couldn't succeed because of residency requirement.
