    MBBS is Bachelor of surgery and medicine. BPT is Bachelor of physiotherapy. Both are kind of similar fields but still very much different. MBBS are called doctors but BPT are called physiotherapist or in short physio.

    Scope of MBBS :
    After MBBS, doctors may prepare for work in general practice in Government or private hospitals or they may choose to specialize. More than 70% of all MBBS graduates try for postgraduate qualifications, rather than going in for a job or private practice. At the post graduate level, there is specialisation in Medicine and Surgery. Career opportunities also exist in medical services of the army, navy and air force, under the Ministry of Defence or in charitable institutions.
