    After I posted this discussion, I recieved an enquiry to conduct a training program on the subject in Qatar/ Doha for the benefit of field engineers and young aspirants of process plant upkeek, maintenance and designs. This strenghtens my belief that more young engineers in India should get such inititation and training to make them acceptable internationally.
