Well in my opinion, i will recommend Lovely Professional University. LPU is the best private university to go for B.Tech, it is one of the top 5 universities of India, providing quality education, innovative pedagogy and unbeatable placements both national and international. UPES is better for CSE.LPU only advertises and they don't offer anything special.Whereas UPES offers 15 specialization in CSE which benefit the students throughout their life.Opt for UPES and it will be a life changing experience
