Placement wise which is better,dual course from bits goa or b.e.chemical from nit nagpur?

As i know.both institutes are so much gud.and having quality education also.bits goa is lil bit better.but for dual degree as i know in India, they are not in top 3.the top 3 rank is given as-
1.BITS Pilani
2.Lovely Professional University
3.Indian Institute of Information Technology
