Planing to do my pg diploma in canada. can you suggest which courses to take for find a job thereafter & when admission closes for jan2012

I have completed my Btech in Computer Science with 64% & want to do pg diploma in a field related in canada. which course would be best inorder to fetch me a job later. Also,last date for applying for jan 2012 admissions.Is it possible to get into a good college and what should be my ielts score?
