Planning to go Germany for MS in Computer Science is it a good decision?how good is Germany for MS in CS/IT and job opportunity after study?

Becoz now UK doesn't give Tire 2 for searching job, not about job market is in US, US is costly, I hv heard ppl have got Waiver but not sure If a average student(70-75%) can get good amount of waiver from a good college. Germany is cheap too. please let me know if germany 'll be a good option.
