Please advice- After 12th i want to do LLB along with B.Com(hons.) followed by IAS.
I am doing my 12th now. I scored 96.2% in class XI and 96% in class X. (CBSE)

You can go ahead with B.COM LLB.
Eligibility: 10+2 (min 60%)

I think you first clarify the haziness in your objectives and take one step at a time. I suggest that keep yourself focussed on UPSC exam and / or state PSC exam for which you take appropriate subjects of the Humanities group. get some good coaching after your graduation.
