As per your profile, I may suggest you to either continue the course through distance mode or make extra efforts to clear it the third time.
Simultaneously you can pick extra courses that can help you enhance your career growth such as-
CA/CS/ICWA

Transfer the course to distance learning mode and clear as per your convenience and get the degree with five years from the year of admissions.
