Please Advice- BCA or B.Sc IT? I'm an IT pro. with 7 years of Exp. Have done diploma in Comp. H/w & Net. (18 months)

Planning to do it through MGU (Meghalaya). B.Sc IT seems more in to programming. Which one will be more beneficial? The pros and cons.
