Please advice me safe colleges in Germany for MS in Automation and control/Embedded systems. My Profile : GRE - 302, TOEFL- 85, BE - 78%

My 12th and 10th avg is 76%, 75% respectively. I am 2010 batch pass out and working with Accenture since then. Please let me know if I should mention this in SOP since it is not a relevant experience as I have been working in data warehousing. Also, Is this a drawback while applying?
