Please Advise me i have a doubt in B. Tech (CIVIL) in Distance education?

I m Doing Finial Year of my Diplomo in civil. I want to do B. Tech (Civil) in Distance Education. Which University is best in Tamil Nadu like ANNA MALAI, TNOU. My Friend is Suggesting Karnataka Open University. Which Division is best in civil in my Career. Please Advise me..........

Yes, after completion of Diploma you can join B.Tech (Civil) in distance mode. Provided you must see whenever you enroll check for the following three things- 1) Courses must be recognized by Distance Education Council (DEC). 2) University must be recognized by UGC. 3) The study center of the Univer
