Please answer this! (2nd pu and degree question)

I wrote supplementary exams failed in chemistry. My friend told that some colleges will let me do bbm even if i haven't passed in 2nd pu(i can do it for 1 year and should pass pu If i show them the marks card i can continue) so please suggest me some colleges like this near basavanagudi for bsc bca

I don't think any college give admision in graduation degree if you are fail in previous exam , but there is option for get provisional admision, in this college or university give you some time and in that time you have to clear you previous exam ,
