please can u suggest me procedure to change my university from anna to indraprastha university

Hello Priya For change your university you apply for N.O.C latter in your university and where you wont university for admission. and after getting the N.O.C latter u submitted it and collect all your original document from old university. But it admission possible when a seat is available. Kindl
