please explain criteria of degree in IT or CS , from university in canada or US.i have PCM with computer in +2.can i do btech IT there?

i suppose ill get 65-70% marks in boards,please tell me which courses are avilabe and what i need for it? can i get admission in good universities with 70% marks(or specify their requirements)? please tell me options in IT/CS and difference between them. if possible,also tell me the averge cost
