Please give me full details about Indian Engineering Services exam , also tell me whether it is really necessary to take up coaching classes
1) whether i need to join special coaching classes for getting a pass mark in IES (i am not very hard working.
2)What is the pay scale for mechanical engineers who get employed through IES exams?
