Hi Abir, As per the new notice of WBJEEM in 2015 the mode of application is online and it will start on 22nd December 2014 and the last date of application is 1st week of april 2015. The exam centers are in West Bengal, Tripura (Agartala), Assam (Silchar) only. The admit Card will be downloadable
